Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Claude Code University ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Claude Code University is an online educational platform that teaches users how to use Claude Code, an AI-powered coding tool by Anthropic. The Service includes course modules, a built-in AI tutor, and hands-on project assignments.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Free and Paid Access

Module 1 ("Getting Started") is available for free to all registered users. Access to Modules 2-6 requires a one-time purchase of $50, which grants lifetime access to all course content and future updates.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. The full course is available as a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis -- contact us within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or republish course content
• Use the AI tutor for purposes unrelated to learning
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our systems

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including lessons, assignments, and templates, is the intellectual property of Claude Code University. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for your own learning. Projects you build using the skills you learn are entirely yours.

8. AI Tutor Disclaimer

The built-in AI tutor is powered by Anthropic's Claude and is provided as a learning aid. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. The AI tutor is not a substitute for professional software development advice. Use your own judgment when applying what you learn.

9. Limitation of Liability

Claude Code University is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or any issues with projects you build using skills learned on the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination for violation, your access to paid content will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
